The services we will perform are set out in your engagement letter and, where applicable, your package. Anything not listed there is outside scope. If you ask for work beyond scope we will tell you before we start it and agree the fee with you first.

Where a deadline is missed because information was not provided in time, any resulting penalties or interest are your responsibility.
Fixed-fee packages are billed monthly in advance by direct debit and cover only the services listed. Fees are reviewed annually, and may be reviewed earlier if the size or complexity of your affairs changes materially — we will always discuss it with you before any change takes effect. Ad hoc work is quoted separately. Accounts outstanding beyond 30 days may result in work being paused.
Engagements run month to month with no lock-in contract. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. On termination we will complete any work already paid for, issue a final account for work performed, and provide your records to you or your incoming accountant promptly.
Original source documents you provide remain your property. Working papers, calculations and internal files created by us remain our property. We will supply copies of lodged returns and financial statements on request. We may exercise a lien over documents in our possession where fees remain unpaid, to the extent permitted by law.
Our liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
