The people behind it

A team of trade business accountants — and the people who support them — so the advice you get is specialist, not general.

We keep the client list small enough that we know your business without reading the file first.

After years of providing strategic advice and tax services to medium and large businesses in mid-tier accounting firms, I established Bold Accounting because I believe small business owners need and deserve the same bold advice and strategies. I am committed to personal, proactive service — your relationship with your accountant is only ever successful when it's based on trust and authenticity.

How we work/ 02

Four rules we don't break

Not a poster in the boardroom. These are the things clients notice within the first month.

Say it straight

If the answer is no, you'll hear no. If the numbers say don't buy it, we'll say don't buy it. Advice you have to decode isn't advice.

Get ahead of it

Every problem we've ever fixed would have been cheaper in March. We plan before year end, not after the return is lodged.

Pick up the phone

Email is fine for documents. Decisions get made faster on a call, and you shouldn't have to book a week ahead to have one.

Know the trade

Progress claims, retentions, subbies, TPAR, plant depreciation, WIP. You shouldn't have to explain how your industry works.
